Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Services Provided: The Health Department provides the following services: Tuberculosis screening and treatment; school physicals for children; family planning; birth control; sexually transmitted disease checks and treatment; Pap smears; Medicaid screening; all immunizations for children; screening for vision, hearing, and sugar levels; preventive and surveillance action for communicable diseases; issuance of birth and death certificates; blood pressure checks; worm treatment; HIV/AIDS tests and test counseling; and Primary Care Facility services (treating chronic illnesses).
Who Can Benefit: Eligibility varies according to services rendered.
Fees: Fees are assessed on a sliding scale.
