Transition Village provides temporary housing for families and
single women for the purpose of helping them save money to buy
permanent housing of their own. |

| Fees: |
The tenant pays 10% of their income as rent. That rent money is
put into a trust fund until enough is obtained for permanent housing.
Each tenant also pays the electric bill ($1.75 per day) in the
temporary housing. |
