The four components of the program include:

  • Adult Basic Education;

  • Early Childhood Education;

  • Parenting Education; and

  • Parents and Children Together (PACT) skills.

The choices of literacy skill building can include Home Visits, Adult Basic Education, or GED classes. Parents can earn a GED or High School Diploma as they learn new ways to teach their children.

Children will be ready for school by learning how to listen, remember, and talk about what their parents teach them. Children will love books, and they will play and learn at the same time.

Fees: None. Qualifying parents receive materials, transportation, and childcare services at no cost.
